A comfortable and spacious detached villa with lovely illuminated private pool situated in spacious grounds. The villa is divided into two apartments providing accommodation for up to 12 persons.
Situated just 3.5 km from the beaches and 2 km from the village centre. Nearest restuarant just 500 m !
The property stands in gounds of 1.500 square meters around 3 Km from the sea. The "Garden Apartment" on the ground floor and the "Veranda" on the first floor.
Booking both apartments simultaneously, a family or a group of friends can enjoy greater privacy; alternatively the apartments can be booked seperately since they have private services, parking and spaces.
Guests can also use a locked garage on request.
Swimming pool, solarium and services:
Villa Pietro has a beautiful swimming pool, built with overflow design (water level is flush with level of solarium). It contains two underwater lights and there are also garden lights around to the stone paved solarium. Pool furniture includes external shower, tables, chairs, sun beds and sun umbrellas.
In Summer, garden and pool are cleaned on a daily basis. To the rear of the villa, there a laundry area with independent clothes lines for each apartment. Near the pool is situated an enclosed green space and a barbecue.
The ground floor GARDEN apartment is totally private and independent with its own entrance which overlooks the garden and the gazebo. Guests can enjoy the green spaces and relax in the shade of the trees. The accommodation comprises: Dining room, kitchen and living room . Living room is furnished with sat TV, sofa and easy chairs.
Kitchen and utility room
The spacious and equipped kitchen includes fridge with freezer box, electric oven and cooker with extractor hood. In a small utility room there is also the iron and ironing board.
Bedroom and bathroom
The apartment has two comfortable double bedrooms and one with two single beds. Bathroom is furnished with tub, shower and bidet.

Guests can enjoy private pool furnitures on the solarium and one indipendent laundry space with clothes lines. Pool and barbecue use is shared with the Veranda apartment.
Veranda apartment
This apartment, located on the first floor of the villa, is accessible via an external flight of stairs.
Dining room leads into the living room, equipped with sat TV, table and chairs capable of seating six persons. From the living room a door gives access to the terrace, where guests can enjoy breath-taking view of the surrounding countryside, and the sea.
Kitchen is equipped with fridge with freezer box, dish rack, cooker and electric oven. In a small utility room there are also the iron and the ironing board.
Bedrooms and bathroom
The apartment has two comfortable double bedrooms (one of witch is equipped with antique furniture) and one with two single beds. Bathroom, furnished with tub and shower, overlooks the pool.
Prevalent furnishings are in rustic style and the floor is paved with Carrara's marble.
Guests can enjoy private pool furnitures on the solarium and one loundry space with clothes lines. Pool and barbecue use is shared with the Garden apartment.

Cecina Mare
Cecina is situated in the middle of Etruscan Coast ( see the map ). It is 35 Km away from Livorno, on the SS1 Aurelia road, 52 Km from Pisa and 135 Km from Florence. The sea is classed U.E. "Blue Flag".
Sea, activities and attractions. The most important attraction is the vast and shady pinewood, that covers and faces a stretch of sea of roughly 15 Km. Along the coast is possible walking, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding in the pinewood and on the beach, clay pigeon shooting etc… In this zone there are also a bowling centre, a skating ring and an aquatic park. Cecina offers public and private beaches with sand and rocks, restaurants where you can sample the dishes of the Tuscan tradition, night clubs and spots to enjoy night life.
For the lovers of history and art, we strongly suggest the visit to the important art-cities (Volterra, S. Gimignano, Florence, Siena and Pisa) or to the Etruscan archaeological sites (Populonia, Gulf of Baratti).
