This large detached country house, set in extensive grounds is an idea location for peaceful, relaxing holiday. The old walled town of Alcudia with its many narrow streets, small intimate restaurants and array of shops is just a short drive away. The beach resorts of Puerto Alcudia, Puerto Pollensa, Pollensa old town and its Golf Course are all just a few minutes drive from the villa.
The accommodation, which is very spacious throughout, is on two levels and comprises on the ground floor of a separate lounge with comfortable settees and a feature enclosed fireplace. There is a second TV / Libraray / Drinks room which also benefits from comfortable seating and high quality furnishings. Entertainment is provided be two satellite TV's offering limited digital channels in English, a DVD player and a music system. Adjacent to the lounge is a separate dining room with a beautiful high quality dining suite which in turn leads to a fully fitted kitchen which has a range of modern appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, extractor fan, fridge freezer and a large built in oven and hob. Also on this level there is a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. A unique feature of the villa is the use of two separate staircases to access the first floor bedrooms. The first, leading up from the dining room gives access to the landing from where there is a master double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a triple room with interconnecting door to a double bedroom. From here the second set of stairs leads down to the ground floor. All the bedroom are light and airy with comfortable beds, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and reading lights. A luxurious bathroom having a corner Jacuzzi bath completes the accommodation on this level. Outdoors Two sets of double patio doors from the main lounge and dining room give access to a large covered terrace which is equipped with a good range of patio furniture. Steps from here lead down to the sun terrace which surrounds a 9.5m x 5.5m swimming pool having roman steps for easy access and a poolside shower. There is a separate brick built covered BBQ unit to enjoy ‘Al fresco' dining at its best. The villa benefits from well maintained, mature gardens, extensive lawns and numerous palm trees. The countryside and mountain views make for a very relaxing and peaceful environment in this lovely countryside setting. There is off road parking for at least five cars.
