Accommodation Bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms one with king size bed. 1 twin bedroom. Bathrooms: 2 full size bathrooms. one en-suite. All with bath/shower, basin, wc and bidet. Kitchen: The kitchen is light and spacious and has a cooker, hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, table and chairs to seat 6. Utility Room: The utility room has a washing machine, fridge-freezer, iron and ironing board. Living Rooms: The large lounge/dining room is light and open plan, comprising a 3 seater and a 2 seater sofa, dining table and chairs to seat 6. On the wall is a 42 inch plasma TV and 5 speakers, DVD and Sky box. Other: Balcony with cane furniture, overlooking swimming pool with sea and mountain views. Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: Cleaning and fresh linen change carried out prior to your arrival including the provision of towels and beach towels. Cleaning services available during the rental period at extra cost to be requested and paid locally.
Notes on accommodation Strictly No Smoking. The apartment is light and airy with air conditioning, central heating and marble floors throughout. This gated complex is suitable for children. There are hairdryers in the bedrooms. Accessibility The apartment has a lift and is situated on the first floor. Outside There are 2 designated parking spaces accessed via electronic gates. Good size private pool for the use of the apartments in the complex only. Gardens with outdoor b.b.q area. Coast/Beach The sandy beach at Portals is only 5 minutes walk away. Golf Mallorca offers a superb selection of golf courses with the Real Golf de Bendinat only a few minutes drive away. Travel Transfer time from Palma airport by car or taxi is 20 minutes. Distances Palma city is only 10 kms ride away, with its magnificent cathedral and fabulous shops. Further details Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. Booking notes All prices are per week and in UK pounds, changeover day is Saturday. 50% non-refundable deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. The apartment is ideally situated a short distance to the beach, Puerto Portals marina and the village of Portals Nous. Facilities such as Marineland, The Mood Restaurant and the Sporting Tennis club are also a short distance away.
