Large villa with private heated pool in Mallorca, minutes from beach and close to several golf courses, situated between Porto Cristo and Calla Millor in the family resort of Sa Coma. The villa is suitable for family groups and can sleep up to 16 people. The villa is all on one level and is fully accessible throughout. With a large terrace and heated pool the villa has laundry facilities, 42' Plasma TV, UK Sky TV system, dvd player with movies and also a Sony Playstation with loads of games. Ideally located in a residential area minutes walk from the beautiful beach at Sa Coma, there are several attractions nearby including a safari park, horse riding centre, hypermarket and many restaurants and bars.
Nearby towns are Calla Millor, Porto Cristo, Calla D'Or there is a safari park only minutes away and 2 nearby golf courses one at Canyamel which is only 20 minutes drive, there is a beautiful beach only minutes walk away with a lovely long promenade. There are also plenty of shops restaurants and bars all around what is a lovely family resort that is an ideal base to explore everything that the nearby resorts and attractions have to offer.

Also please note that this is a family villa in a quiet residential area of Sa Coma which is a family resort and as such will only be let to family groups or mature guests. The villa will no longer be let out to groups comprising of only teenagers or young people. This is a strictly non smoking villa although guests are permitted to smoke outside on the terrace making use of the ash trays provided.

Notes to the rental rates
Please note that this villa comfortably sleeps up to 15 people. The rental rates quoted are based on 6 adults with children. Any additional adults will be charged at an additional £100 per person.
Travel cots, high chairs, bed guards and steam sterilizer, bottle warmer intercoms and blender are all available.
A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon collection of keys.79578
