Direct access to the port which hosts a wonderful choice of sea front restaurants, bars, nightlife and designer shops and only a few minutes walk to the beach. Recently decorated with new furnishings and fixtures, the apartment has air-conditioning and heating and a sun filled tiled covered terrace with outdoor furniture. The large swimming pool, exclusively for tenants, is situated close to the apartment in a pleasant garden setting with sun lounges.
