The Residence offers a tranquil location and is
situated in sub tropical private gardens. This must be one of the best spots in the Med. On your doorstep is the famous Puerto Portals Marina with its luxury boats, bars and restaurants. Playground of the rich and famous . There is also direct private access to a lovely little sandy beach with safe bathing - just 40 m away with no roads to cross.

Close by are more beaches some with beach bars , mattresses and parasols etc. If you fancy a change from the beach take a trip to picturesque Valldemossa or take the scenic train to Soller. Palma is a really interesting city full of shops and not complete without a visit to the Cathedral. Close by too is Marineland with its dolphin shows, Palma Nova, and the bustling night life of Magaluf is a ten minute drive.
