Double doors from the kitchen give access to the covered terrace. From the hallway there is a large double bedroom with en-suite shower room and doors to the terrace, a second double bedroom and a twin bedroom. All the bedrooms have remote control air conditioning units, central heating radiators, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables with lamps and electrically operated steel security blinds. Also on this level is a superb family shower room. Stairs from the hallway give access to the first floor where there is second lounge area having two leather sofas, a 32” Flat Screen Satellite TV, central heating radiators and double patios to the front balcony. The washing machine is housed in the garage, which can be reached by internal stairs from the hallway.
