Detached villa with own pool 4 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 8 This lovely Mallorca villa occupies a large plot and is located just 400m from the safe sandy beach in Puerto Pollensa. There are a number of shops, restaurants and a supermarket close by. The accommodation is on two levels and comprises of an entrance hallway with feature arch leading to a living/dining room having high quality furniture. Across the hall way there is a cloakroom and a good sized breakfast room. An archway leads to the kitchen. The washing machine is housed in a separate area. Stairs lead up from the hallway to the first floor galleried landing. The master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private balcony are to the right hand side whilst a passage way to the left gives access to three twin bedrooms, two having access to a balcony. There is also a very nice family bathroom on this level. All rooms benefit from central heating, if required. (small extra charge) Ceiling fans are fitted in the breakfast kitchen and master bedroom. Port de Pollensa is famous since many years for its outstanding beauty and its scenic variety, being the deepest and most closed bay of Mallorca. In this bay you'll find enclaves as exclusive as Formentor. Pollença has the best climate for nature lovers, for playing golf, nautical sports and excursions . The best hikes to make in the North Mallorca are trips to the Puig de María, the Castell del Rei, Vall de Ternelles and “La Atalaia de Albercutx”. Also the Formentor Peninsula offers some lovely excursions, to the mountains Na Blanca and En Fumat for Example. Or visit one of the isolated bays, such as Cala Boquer, Cala Sant Vicenç or Cala Castell, these you can also find on the peninsular of Formentor.

* Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. A 25 % deposit is required by credit / debit card at the time of booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure. (A Credit card processing fee of 2% applicable - No charge for Debit cards). Rental rates include water, gas, electricity, garden and pool maintenance, linen and towels (except beach-towels).
