This comfortable vacation home has 7 double rooms, 4 bathrooms, 75 sqm of living room with open fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioning and central heating. Our house is very clean and comfortable. It is managed for many years very professional & very correctly.You may use the entire terrain freely, the kitchen, the living room, pantry, the outside-kitchen with big BBQ area together with refrigerator, pool-bar, generous sun-or shadow-terrace and the pool. The first floor has two big bedrooms with bath en suite. Sufficient parking places you will find directly in front of the house.
Accommodation
Bedrooms: Two of the three double rooms (room 1 and 2) are served by one bathroom with comfortable massage-shower, WC and wash-basins. The room 3 includes an individual bathroom with shower, WC and bidet. Room 5 disposes of a big double bed and view of the pool. Bathrooms: One bathroom with comfortable massage-shower, WC and wash-basins. The second is an individual bathroom with shower, WC and bidet. Two bathrooms are en suite and one of them has a whirlpool to relax your own. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, two big fridges, one freezer, pantry and dining area for 8 persons.

You will find all the electrical equipment which you need , from the microwave to the toaster. Utility Room: The spacious living room in Penthouse style with fire place, comfortable TV-corner and large dining area are waiting for you. You find 6 sofas in the living room or "lounge" very comfortable ,spanish style. There is a library. Living Rooms: TV With different languages, receiver, video, music and fireplace for the romantic hours. And from the living room you have a spectacular view to the pool and the barbecue. Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: Towels and bed-linen are included and are changed after one week when you stay for two or more. You are able to book a cleaning service from us; she will come when you stay in the beach and clean ALL THE HOUSE for only 200!

Coast/Beach The 6 km long sandy beach is only 200 meters away from home. The island offers a lot of possibilities, when you prefer to relax in an more peaceful location take a trip to "Es Trenc" with a beach like in the Caribbean, but you will need a car.
Swimming, water sports, leisure, culture, excursions, shopping, nightlife - Mallorca, anything is possible.
Travel The Palma Airport (PMI) is only 5 km away from the villa and the city Palma is only a few minutes by car, with all the shopping areas, nightlife... However you will also find shops, beach, bar and restaurants, and nightlife close to the villa.
