Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with super king size bed upstairs. Bedroom 2 with twin beds upstairs. Bedroom 3 with king size bed ground floor. Bedroom 4 with double bed ground floor. Bedroom 5 with bunk beds ground floor. Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with round bath/shower, separate power shower, twin wash hand basins, wc, bidet. Ground floor bathroom 2 with bath/shower separate power shower, twin wash hand basins, wc. Separate wc with wash hand basin. Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, smoothie machine, dishwasher and all cooking utensils. Access to terrace. Utility Room: Includes washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, access to enclosed drying area. Living Rooms: Lounge with dinning room 50 inch wall mounted television satellite, video, DVD player, hifi well furnished dinning table and chairs. Other: In the cellar there is a mulit-gym with trend mill for your use. Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: The villa will have been fully cleaned and prepared ready for your arrival with fresh bed linen and towels. Pool towels are also provided. Additional maid service can be arranged at your request.

Coast/Beach 15 minute walk to a small beach a few bars and restaurants at Porto adriano. (by car 5 minutes). 55 minute walk to Santa ponsa beach town centre. (by car 10 minutes).
Golf There are several golf courses within a few minutes drive. The golf course at santa ponca is only a short distance away and santa ponca golf 1 is available for non members.
Travel Palma airport is just a 30 minute drive away. Car hire is not essential but recommended.
Distances Santa ponsa is one of the most picturesque and popular locations on the island, and has so much to offer. The beautiful golden sandy beaches, the clear waters of the Mediterranean sea and beautiful yacht harbours and four breathtaking golf courses. Santa ponca belongs to Calvia one of the most affluent and exclusive municipalities in Europe. The resorts of Andratx, Paguera and Camp de Mar are only 20 minutes by car.

Changeover day
We do not have designated changeover days so we are flexible, however we do require guests to leave the villa by 10am and for new guests not to arrive until after 4pm - unless by prior arrangement.
