The villa is in the pretty resort of Arenal D'en Castell with its beautiful Horshoe shaped beach. There is a regular bus service to Fornells and Mahon. The beach is within easy reach. There are a least 10 restaurants. It is 18km from Mahon, where the magnificent port has many traditional restaurants.

All cutlery, crockery, pans toaster kettle etc. Utility Room: Garage-storage area. Living Rooms: 2 sofas, dining table 6 chairs, coffee table and, wall unit. Other: Balcony with outside table in white PVC and 6 quality PVC Chairs. On the sun terrace is a blue table, 8 blue chairs and a parasol there are sun-loungers. Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: Bath, hand towels and bedlinen provided and changed weekly. Please supply your own beach towels. The property will be clean and ready and will have an interim clean after a week for a 2 week stay. The property will be cleaned after you leave.
