Accessibility The villa and terrace are built on one level with only a couple of steps up from the drive. Outside The villa is set in 1200 sq.m. of land in an elevated position. There is an impressive kidney shaped overflow swimming pool. Ample sunbathing terraces with reclining sunbeds and table and chairs, ideal for outside dining. There is also a private barbacue area to the rear of the property. Coast/Beach 5 minutes walk to the cove of Binidali. Travel Mahon airport is 5 mins by car or taxi.
