This magnificent detached villa conveniently located in a quite street above the resort centre of San Jaime, within walking distance of all amenities. There are numerous shops and restaurants less than 300m away and the lovely safe, 2km long sandy beach is just 900m from the villa. The resort has many attractions for the family including water slides, a maze, a bowling alley and all the facilities of Club San Jaime.
The main accommodation is on two levels; the front door is on the upper level, accessed by a few steps from a shared driveway. This leads directly into a spacious TV lounge with a separate dining area. Entertainment is provided here with a Satellite TV (Spanish and English channels), DVD player and small stereo system. From here there is a cloakroom with W.C. to one side. On the other side is a lovely fitted breakfast – kitchen which is equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, electric oven and gas hob with extractor fan. The kitchen and the lounge both have doors to the large front covered terrace which extends to a larger open terrace having magnificent sea and coastal views. From the living room, stairs lead down to the lower level and the four bedrooms. Here there is a twin bedroom with built-in wardrobes, a second twin bedroom with pine furniture, a double bedroom with free standing pine furniture and a vanity basin. The third twin bedroom is very spacious, with room for an extra bed and has feature ‘bare-brick' wall and an enclosed fireplace complimented by free standing oak furniture. All the bedrooms have remote control air-condition units fitted (extra charge). There is lovely bathroom having a corner bath and a second full family bathroom on this level. The garage and laundry room, which houses the washing machine lead from this level to a rear exit. Outside, from the first floor terrace, there are two sets of steps leading down to the sun terrace, which surrounds the large 11 x 4m feature swimming pool, with poolside shower. Three of the bedrooms have full length patio doors giving access to the pool area. Sun beds and parasols are provided to soak up the sun. There is a brick-built BBQ and plenty of patio furniture on both levels to relax and enjoy true ‘Al Fresco' dining whilst enjoying the wonderful views in this pleasant setting. There are ornamental gardens to the front with off road parking for two cars available from the drive.

Villa Reviews Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the holiday. We loved the villa, it suited everyone, plenty of room and good facilities. The pool was fabulous and was a massive hit, especially with the children. The views were beautiful, so all round we were very very happy. Son Bou too was lovely. Son Bou Son Bou beach is situated in the south of the island; it is a firm favourite with families. We are pleased to offer a full selection of great value villas in Son Bou, Menorca. Longest beach on the island Son Bou is the longest beach in Menorca - nearly 3km of pale golden sand, making it ideal for sun bathing and water sports. The sandy beach shelves gently into the sea, which is generally safe for swimming. Ocean currents, however, can be strong at times and you should look out for warning flags. The beach has several beach bars with a variety of water sports equipment available to hire including jet skis, pedaloes, windsurfing boards and snorkelling equipment. Within the resort there are a range of bars, restaurants and several supermarkets. Son Bou features one of the island's few discothèques; the majority of nightlife is relatively low key, being based around the restaurants, bars and hotels that offer scheduled entertainment. San Jaime, Menorca is a purpose built resort on the Son Bou beach, that caters very well for family holidays. All the necessary facilities are to hand including tennis courts, a supermarket, shops, restaurants, a medical centre and chemists. In addition the popular Club San Jaime has a water play park, with its water chutes and a maize. Beside San Jaime is the resort of Torre Soli Nou. Initially there were two small villages, but over the last few years these have grown to meet in the middle. Torre Soli Nou is a residential area but all the facilities of San Jaime are only a few minutes walk away. The International Airport of Mahon is approximately 20km Mahon away.
