Beautiful Villa with Private Pool and Garden and Wonderful Views over the Marina Peaceful location, walking distance of Albufeira and short drive to Gale beach and Salgados Golf.
This spacious beautiful villa is decorated in a traditional Portuguese style. It has 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, well equipped kitchen and Sitting room, Dining area and Bar/lounge area. There are 3 double bedded rooms with en-suite bathrooms and 5 twin bedded rooms and 3 other bathrooms. The villa is set high on a hill with wonderful sea views over the Marina. The private pool is set in a large terraced area with ample space for dining al fresco, the BBQ is set in a lawned garden with lemon trees. The villa is a short drive to Albufeira Old Town and Salgados Golf Course and the Beautiful beaches of Gale, Castello and Laurenco.

Utility Room: Washing machine, ironing board and iron. Living Rooms: Large sitting room and dining room, table chairs, coffee tables, sofas and armchairs. Bar area with extra seating and bar stools. Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: Towels and bedlinen included, but not Beach Towels. Towels and bedlinen changed twice a week. Rooms cleaned 4 x a week between 9-12am.

Accessibility Pool area not wheelchair accessible. Outside The private swimming pool is set in a pretty terraced area with sun lounger beds and chairs and a covered pool bar area. There is ample space for dining al fresco. There is a separate lawned garden with lemon trees which has a barbeque. From the poolside terrace there a wonderful views over the marina and to the sea. Coast/Beach There are several beautiful beaches within 10 -15 minutes drive from the villa: Gale, Laurenco and Castello all have cafes with shower and toilet facilities and sunloungers etc. Some have Pedalos etc. Golf Salgados Golf Course is approximately 10 minute drive from the villa. Travel The nearest airport is Faro which is about a 30 minute drive from the villa. Distances Albufeira Old Town is a 20 minute walk or short drive (5-6 minutes) from the villa, the newer part of Albufeira known as 'The Strip' is approximately 10 - 15 minute drive away. The villa is in central Algarve so is places of interest in both East and West Algarve are accessible either by car or by organised trips from agents in the town. Further details The large Albufeira Shopping Centre is about 15 minute drive from the villa. Agents in Albufeira do day trips to Seville, Lisbon, and Evora and many other places of interest. Booking notes The change over day is Thursday and the minimum booking is one week

Changeover day
Change over day is usually Thursday, the villa can be accessed after 2pm and must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.
Please note that a refundable breakage guarantee of £750 is payable at the time of booking and refunded to you after your departure.
