Perfectly located in the centre of Quinta Dos Barrancos, one of the most exclusive private developments and close to the fascinating village of Guia and just a few kilometres from the wonderful beach of Gale. We are delighted to welcome this pretty little villa, which has been recently renovated and boasts many of the facilities only found in much larger properties. It is just ideal for the couple or smaller party looking for a superb villa location with its own private pool.
Situated in a slightly elevated position with many levels, which offer a most interesting prospective to the spacious accommodation. Designed in a really attractive rattan Caribbean style and its atmosphere gives off a really tropical holiday feel to the accommodation. The front entrance is reached from a quiet residential road via just a couple of steps into a most attractive dining hall, which has seating for four persons. Three more steps then lead up to the open plan vaulted ceiling lounge, which is most comfortably furnished with basket woven suites, scatter rugs, feature fireplace and digital satellite TV (limited English channels) and DVD. Patio doors open out onto the colourful gardens and finally leading off from the rear of the lounge there is a most attractive family bathroom.
The entrance hall then opens out in the opposite direction to the split level compact kitchenette, which boasts an electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Three more steps then lead up to the spacious master bedroom, which has a large double bed (twins together) and shower room with WC en-suite. Patio doors open out to the side terrace and the bedroom is air-conditioned for your added comfort.
Leading up from the lounge is an open tread staircase to the first floor and an open plan child's/teenagers bedroom, which boasts a small double bed and patio doors to the front of the property, whilst to the rear of this mezzanine area, doors lead out to the upstairs terrace and pool.
The villa is air-conditioned throughout at no extra charge.
The upper level terrace is simply delightful and offers peace and total privacy for the villas guests. A spacious well furnished sun terrace surrounds the 5 metre private pool, an area just laid out for sitting, relaxing and soaking up the Algarve sunshine. At the far end is an outside dining area with portable barbeque for those meals al-fresco and stairs lead down the side of the property to the lovely front gardens on the lower level.
Finally there is ample parking to the side of the villa and the village of Guia with its tremendous choice of restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets is just a 3 minute drive or a 20 minute walk away.
A perfect holiday hideaway for the smaller party.

The accommodation is available for occupation after 4pm and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure
Our 'Welcome Hamper' can be arranged at a small charge of £30
The use of the air-conditioning units can be arranged at £50 per week.
Maid service is twice weekly (once on arrival and once more during the week).
