The land is planted with mature fruit trees and shrubs. The house and he pool are surrounded by a landscaped garden ...... a total of 60 types of plants and trees.
The house is divided into three apartments on the ground floor : two spacious poolside apartments with fantastic view other countryside, the river and the sea, and a smaller rear apartment.
The exceptionally spacious accomodation (199 m²) and pool size (12 m x 6 m) offers flexibility for large parties (up to 10/13). Each part of the property has its own large and private terrace.
