This beautiful villa is in the popular development of Sao Rafael, a very short walk to lovely beaches and coves. The Albufeira marina and Salgados golf course are nearby and there are excellent restaurants within walking distance. The villa has great views to the sea and over natural countryside. The villa is set in its own well maintained garden, with a south facing swimming pool and large covered terrace. It has a large sunny lounge with dining room, kitchen and utility room. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and the master bedroom has a magnificent terrace. There is a further family bathroom and guest cloakroom. There is a very large games room in the basement.
Accommodation Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 (master bedroom) with double bed, large sun terrace. Bedroom 2 with twin beds. Bedroom 3 with twin beds. Bedroom 4 with 2 bunk beds. The room is only to be occupied by 2 people, without the owner's consent. Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom to master bedroom with bath/shower over, wc and bidet. En-suite bathroom to bedroom 2 with bath/shower over, wc and bidet. Family bathroom with bath/shower over, wc and bidet. Guest cloakroom with wc and handbasin. Kitchen: Cooker, hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher. Utility Room: Sink, washing machine, ironing board, iron. Living Rooms: Lounge with 2 settees, easy chair, 2 upright chairs, coffee table, sideboard, TV (satellite), DVD player. Dining room with table and 8 chairs, sideboard. Outside dining terrace with table and 10 chairs, barbecue, sun loungers and umbrella. Other: Upstairs sun terrace with 2 loungers, dining table and 4 chairs with large static sunshade. Basement games room. Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: Towels and linen are provided for internal use and are changed weekly. Maid service is provided 5 days per week, but not at weekends or public holidays unless this coincides with a changeover day

Distances The Algarve has many fabulous beaches and the closest beach is about 200 metres away. The renowned Sao Rafael beach is within 5 minutes walk.
Further details The area has numerous good restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. Albufeira is 5 minutes by car, and the Albufeira marina is half a mile away car useful but not essential
