The accommodation can only be described as luxurious. A large entrance hallway gives access on this level to three of the bedrooms: Master bedroom with king-size double bed, flat screen TV, Jacuzzi bath, separate wardrobes and dressing room and an en-suite walk-in shower room. Bedroom 2 having king-size double bed, flat screen TV, large wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with overhead shower unit. Bedroom 3 with king-size double bed, large wardrobes and separate en-suite shower room with walk-inn shower. Also on this level there is a family bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and shower attached as well as a storage cupboard. Stairs from the hallway lead up to the first floor living areas where there is a large and truly stunning living room with a feature fireplace, numerous sumptuous leather sofas and an occasional table. Entertainment is provided here by a flat screen Satellite TV, Video player, DVD player and Stereo/CD system. An archway from the lounge leads to a games room/study where there is a Play-station and a desk. Broadband / Internet access is available here free of charge. There are two more bedrooms on this level: Bedroom 4: accessed through the play room, has twin beds, large wardrobes and a door to the outside terrace. Bedroom 5: having twin beds, wardrobes and an en-suite shower room. All the bedrooms are light and airy having been recently refurbished and fitted with remote control air-conditioning units (Extra Charge). The dining area leading off the lounge, comprises of a brand new open plan American style kitchen which is equipped with a range of modern stainless steel appliances including a washing machine, clothes dryer, large double fridge-freezer, built in microwave, electric oven and ceramic hob with extractor in a special island unit. There is a breakfast bar with modern stools and high quality furniture in the main dining area with seating for 10 people. This is an outstanding villa, which has been furnished and equipped to a very high standard throughout and offers many benefits to our most discerning clients.
The extensive grounds can be accessed from the main entrance to one side and from three of the ground floor bedrooms, all of which have doors to the covered terrace. A lot of thought has gone into the planning, landscaping and equipping of all the outdoor areas to give maximum pleasure during a relaxing holiday in the sun. There are covered terraces on the ground floor and first floor of the villa with a separate roof top terrace, accessed by a spiral staircase. Here there are sun beds, a table and chairs. This is a perfect place for relaxing and watching sun rises and sunsets. The views extend to Gibraltar and the coast of Africa. The lovely well kept mature gardens are stocked with flowing plants, shrubs Palm and Pine trees. There areas of lawns around the large 10m x 6m swimming pool and open sun terrace, where there are ten sun beds and a number of parasols. To one side will be found a purpose built covered BBQ and bar area, with seating here for sixteen people, which also has a fridge, a sink and a TV. An additional decking area is set near the swimming pool and has a therapy Jacuzzi/Hot tub that seats eight people which can be made available for clients use too for extra charge. There is a child's swing in the gardens and tennis courts in the nearby area. The drive can hold four cars and has remote controlled electric gates, linked to the phone system for added security. In addition to the many superb features and facilities of this villa, its close proximity to beach shops and restaurants make it an idea location for a wonderful holiday.
