This large and distinctive villa is set above the resort of Calpe, just a few minutes drive of the beaches, shops and restaurants of this popular resort. Its location above the resort offers wonderful panoramic views of the coastline and the Penon de Ifach rock.
The accommodation is on three levels and comprises, on the ground floor of an entrance hall, storage room and spacious living room with feature marble wood burning fire. Entertainment is provided in the lounge area by a Satellite TV, DVD player and music system. The lovely fitted kitchen with electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, extractor unit and dishwasher is open plan to the dining area of this magnificent villa. Also on this level there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a separate shower room.Stairs lead up to the first floor landing where there is one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom all having access to the balcony. In addition, on this level there is a third twin bedroom and a separate shower room. Stairs lead up to a roof terrace/solarium and a laundry room housing the washing machine. From the ground floor stairs lead down to a second living room / TV lounge of which there are three twin bedrooms, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and separate shower room. A door from here provides another access to the drive.The villa benefits from air conditioned in most of the living areas and electric heating. There are three sofa beds available to enable the villa to accommodate 24 people. Outside Facilities Patio doors from the living room give access to the covered terrace. From here steps lead down to a large sun terrace that surrounds the 12m x 4m private pool with roman steps for easy access (heating available for extra cost). There is an outside shower by the pool. Sun loungers and a parasol are provided to let you relax and soak up the sun. Patio furniture and a brick built BBQ are supplied to enjoy ‘Al Fresco' dining whilst taking in the views. The villa occupies an extensive plot having wonderful sea and countryside views. In front of the villa on alower level there is a lovely park with children's slide and swings. This villa is ideal for large family or groups to enjoy one of the popular resorts on Spain's coast.
