A really pretty well furnished and equipped two bedroomed villa on the Sun Valley residential area, close to the unspoilt village of Jesus Pobre. Villa Abubillas, comes highly recommended for the smaller family party.
The property is reached via a gated walled garden and up a short drive to the parking area. The main entrance to the villa is then reached off the front terrace and into the comfortably furnished naya and dining area, which overlooks the pool and terraces. Perfect for relaxing!
The cosy lounge then leads off from the naya and has feature fireplace, digital satellite TV (limited English channels), DVD and music centre. The kitchen is nicely fitted and has microwave and dishwasher and in a separate utility room there is a washing machine.
An inner hall then leads from the rear of the lounge to two pretty air-conditioned twin bedrooms and these share the adjacent full family bathroom.
Both bedrooms are air-conditioned at no extra charge.
To the rear of the villa is a delightful open patio area set in tropical garden location with brick built barbeque and dining for those meals outdoors. To the front is the large 9.5 metre pool with Roman steps into a shallow end for children and surrounding this suntrap are spacious well furnished terraces just designed for living and relaxing.
The old town of Javea is no more than a short 10 minute drive, whilst the port and beaches are less than 15 minutes away. On the way you pass numerous popular restaurants and Jesus Pobre with its bars/restaurants, small mini-market and bakery is just under one mile.
A really lovely villa for the smaller party.

The accommodation is available for occupation after 4pm and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
