Positioned on the 3rd floor (with lift). Coast/Beach 5 minutes walk to Barcelona beaches and Olympic Village. A mile of clean beach with restaurants, water sports and a beautiful promenade overseeing Barcelona.
Travel Metro station at the door step (Yellow line Poble Nou Station) 3 stops to the center and buses and public transport. 30 mins driving from Barcelona main airport (El Prat). *Ryanair do not land in Barcelona* but in Girona (1 hour outside).
The living space is ample and has separate spaces for relaxing and dining; and a balcony with sun. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron, coffee maker and toaster etc. The new bathroom contains a full suite including a bidet. The apartment has all modern conveniences including t.v./dvd and a stereo, heating and air conditioning, plus security safe.
