In a most perfect position on the beach and close to shops. Some 250 yards along the famous Pine Walk, this first floor, 3 bedroom apartment is always so very popular with our clients looking for value for money accommodation.
Pine Walk : There is an area of Puerto Pollenca that is probably unique in any area of Europe, it is known as Pine Walk. The narrow promenade starts from the centre of the Port and follows the sea and beach right along to the Illa D'or Hotel.
It is of course traffic free and is the most enchanting 10 minute walk either by day or romantically by moonlight. A number of apartments, a few little restaurants and some grand old style Mallorcan houses, grace this promenade.
The large upstairs terrace is a real suntrap and directly overlooks the beach and sea below. It is nicely furnished for dining and living outdoors and catches the sun all morning, but offers shade during late afternoon and early evening.
The comfortable Spanish style lounge/dining room opens directly onto the front terrace and there is a simply fitted kitchen with washing machine.
The first of the two twin bedded rooms is to the front of the apartment and also opens out via patio doors onto the front terrace. There is a second twin and the third bedroom which is slightly smaller is also a twin. A modern bathroom services this spacious apartment, whilst a further shower room with WC is available off the rear terrace.

The accommodation is available for occupation after 4pm and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
