A large luxurious detached villa close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The accommodation is accessed through solid wooded door to a welcoming hallway which leads to a large sitting room/dining room. Entertainment is provided here by way of a Digital Satellite TV, DVD player and Hi Fi system. Then from the dining area to a large fully fitted breakfast kitchen equipped with all modern appliances. Also on this level there is a double room & a family bathroom. From the hallway, stairs lead up to the first floor where there is a double room and twin room, both with en-suite shower rooms & a further twin room with an en-suite full bathroom. From the hallway another staircase leads down to a separate lounge having three bed-settees and giving access to one double bedroom with en-suite shower room, another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom & two twin bedrooms, also having en-suite shower rooms.
