Split level typically spacious Spanish villa with 4 bedrooms (with air-con) can sleep 8/9 people comfortably. The villa has 2 en-suite shower rooms and one main bathroom, large lounge/diner and fully equipped kitchen. A large secluded pool (8m x 4m kidney-shaped) is surrounded by sunbathing patio area and garden lawn and almond trees. The garden has high garden walls and hedges for full privacy when sunbathing. The town of Moraira is 3km (easy walking - no hills) and Javea 9km distance and both boast of beaches awarded the european blue flag for cleanliness. The town of Benidorm is 70km and has many attractions for the kids. Mundomar, Aqualandia, Terra Mitica and the new Terra Natura.

Kitchen: Spacious kitchen on level with dining room. Fully equipped. Electric hob and cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster etc. Downstairs kitchen and utility room with washing machine and extra fridge/freezer on level with pool area. Utility Room: Washing machine. Kitchen area, fridge freezer. New patio terrace laid beside lower bedrooms. Living Rooms: The lounge has Sky TV (only free2view no BBC, ITV) and DVD player and is on level with kitchen and dining room. The lounge opens up through sliding doors to a naya (covered seating area) with further dining area and plenty of chairs and tables. Other: An extra single bed and cots, baby chairs and baby gates can be made available. Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: There is clean linen and bath towel and hand towel per person and clean linen supplied for the second or third weeks.
Notes on accommodation All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned. An additional £80 (90 euros) per week is charged for air-conditioning. This can be paid on arrival. Outside The villa has a large split level garden laid to lawns and filled with almond trees. There are plenty of tables and chairs for use outside and a number of sunbeds and cushions have been supplied. There is a portable BBQ.

Further details There are daily "local produce" markets in the surrounding towns where you can buy fruit and veg, clothes and souvenirs. The Villa is managed by local residents who will meet you on your arrival. To secure your booking we require 30% deposit and the balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. A returnable security deposit of 200 euro is required with final payment.
