Situated in a well screened position on the road towards Lluc, just a few hundred yards from the entrance to the old town of Pollenca, the centre of which is a mere 10 minute walk.
You feel very much part of the old town atmosphere but within a little oasis of garden and tropical plants and shrubs which makes staying here so delightful.
As you enter this bungalow style property from the large paved parking area, you cannot help but be impressed with the fixtures and fittings of this gracious house. It is the owner's private home during the winter months and quality has not been spared. The large lounge/dining room is striking with its black and white tiles, feature fireplace and comfortable furniture. There is Spanish digital satellite TV (limited English channels)and DVD player. There is also a wood burning stove for early and late season lets. Off from the dining area there is a well fitted modern kitchen with dishwasher. A door from here leads onto the front dining terrace which overlooks the pool and gardens and comes complete with brick built barbeque and bakers oven.
Off the lounge area, an inner hall leads to the air-conditioned bedrooms. A pretty twin bedroom and a single room are split by the attractive full family bathroom. The master bedroom is a double, and has full bathroom en-suite, which houses a sunken bath.
The bedrooms are air-conditioned at no extra charge.
Outside set within the lovely gardens is the 8 metre L-shaped pool and the covered dining terrace to the front of the property is just ideal for those meals al-fresco. A washing machine is situated in the garage area for your added convenience and this house comes highly recommended for clients wishing to be part of the old town of Pollenca atmosphere. Centrally heated for early and late season rentals.
