The house which has been so located that there is sea on two sides. The third side contains the magnificent 12 x 5 metre private swimming pool.
As you walk through the main entrance and into the hall which has cloakroom and WC, you cannot help but feel impressed. The hall has high, cathedral domed ceiling and exquisite tiling. Ahead is the enormous lounge/dining room with Spanish digital satellite TV (limited English channels) and DVD player. Wireless internet connection is also available, please bring your own compatible computer. Patio doors open onto the front covered terrace and has large picture windows on all other sides with those incredible views. The stylish modern kitchen has the latest elegant units and comes complete with dishwasher & microwave. Off from here is a laundry with washing machine.
The large L-shaped covered terrace has views across the bay and forward out to sea and is an ideal place for living, dining, boat watching and star gazing. There is direct access to the pool and sun terraces and the whole area is carefully protected by its metre high perimeter fence without intrusion to the view.
An impressive staircase winds its way from the hall to the first floor where are to be found the four air-conditioned bedrooms and a study. These are two guest twin bedrooms, each with a shower room and WC en suite, these have picture windows and wonderful views. The first of the master bedrooms is also a twin and has full bathroom en-suite and direct access to the front upstairs covered patio, this is well furnished for those quiet moments away from the hustle and bustle of the pool. Next comes the study which has digital satellite TV (limited English channels including BBC). This also has direct access to the front upstairs terrace. Finally the master double bedroom, situated on the opposite corner of the house has full bathroom en-suite and again direct access via patio doors to the upstairs terrace.
