Pretty one bedroomed houses with their own private swimming pool are really unusual in the holiday rental market. We are delighted therefore to once again feature Ca Na Juana in our programme. Situated in the exclusive La Font area, less than a mile and no more than a 20 minute walk from the old town of Pollenca, this pretty little house is so popular with our clients.
The 7 metre pool takes pride of place to the front of the property and catches the sun all day. The surrounding terraces afford peace and privacy from every angle. There is a spacious covered terrace just made for dining al-fresco, plus a purpose built barbecue kitchen, which overlooks the pool and complements this area.
Inside, the house is amazingly large for just two people and comfortably furnished in Spanish style. The high vaulted ceiling with oak beams complements the open-plan living room, which has dining area and kitchen with a breakfast bar and washing machine for your added convenience. There is also a TV with satellite facility (limited channels) and DVD player for your added enjoyment.
The spacious double bedroom leads off from the living area and has picture windows overlooking the pool. The villa's bathroom is strategically placed so that it has en-suite facility to the bedroom and access to the pool terrace for daytime use.
A really pretty little suntrap romantically made for two and early booking is highly recommended.

The accommodation is available for occupation after 4pm and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
