This magnificent and roomy high quality villa is conveniently located within walking distance of the lively resort centre of Calpe and the lovely, safe sandy beach.
There is a shopping centre, various restaurants and a large supermarket approximately 500m from the villa, which is set at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in front of open fields.
Villa Beni , Calpe The accommodation in this spacious, modern luxury villa is on three levels. A solid wooded door gives access to a lovely welcoming hallway with an archway leading to a large living room where there are a number of comfortable settees and chairs, an enclosed fireplace, sideboard, coffee table and a separate dining area. Entertainment is provided here by a Digital Satellite TV, DVD player and stereo system. From the dining area there is a large fully fitted kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge freezer, electric oven and ceramic hob. Also on this level there two twin bedrooms, a double bedroom a lovely family bathroom and a separate shower room. Stairs lead down to the lower level where there is a self-contained studio comprising of a bedroom with a sofa-bed, a small kitchen and a bathroom. From ground level hallway, stairs lead up to the first floor landing giving access to three twin bedrooms and one double bedroom, all having private south-facing balconies.
