This superb newly constructed villa is situated on a large plot on the edge of the quiet residential area of Puerto Pollenca known as Llenaire. The centre of the port is approximately a 30 minute walk along the promenade, but it is just 300 yards to the sea front. Architecturally designed in a most modern style where no expense has been spared by the owners in its fixtures, fittings and furnishings.
