Very privately situated a mile from the old town of Javea, in an elevated position on the lower slopes of the Montgo. Reached through a private gated drive, steps lead firstly up to the pool and terrace level to the front of the property and then a few more steps lead to the covered 'naya', which boast lovely views over open countryside dotted with whitewashed villas. This is an ideal venue for sitting and reading in quiet relaxation. To avoid the steps the owner has built a second driveway, which takes you up to the rear of the property and directly into this first floor level.
To the front of the property is also a most attractive shady terrace with pergola, brick built barbeque and outside dining facility for those meals al-fresco. As with the naya, this also boasts superb views out across open countryside and is a real feature of this most attractive villa.
Doors lead from the naya into a most exceptionally well furnished lounge/dining room with light oak beamed ceiling and feature fireplace. There is satellite TV (limited channels), DVD and music centre for your added enjoyment. The dining area is also furnished in light oak and leading off from here is the well fitted kitchen, which comes complete with dishwasher and microwave. A separate utility room houses the washing machine.
The three pretty air-conditioned bedrooms are delightful. There is a master double with full bathroom en-suite, a further double with shower WC en-suite and a twin again with shower room en-suite.
All bedrooms are air conditioned at no extra charge.
Outside the 10 metre pool takes pride of place amongst spacious sun terraces at the lower level of the villa. It has Jacuzzi jets at one end, steps to a shallow end for children and the whole area is well furnished for outdoor living.
A really first rate family villa, the owners personal home and so is only available to us for just a few weeks each year. Please note however that owing to the steps up to the villa it is not suitable for the infirm.
