In the popular tourist resort of Cala En Porter, we consider this villa to be one of the best available for rental. Casa Franz is situated on a quiet road, which skirts the bay and boasts the most dramatic sea views from its terraces. The resort centre is just a 10 minute walk, whilst the pretty beach is no more than 15 minutes down the hill.
The villa is reached through a gated drive, which runs up to the pool terrace level. From here a further short flight of steps lead to the dining terrace and main entrance to the house. The views from here are simply superb and the sunsets awesome.
Large double patio doors then open into a most comfortably furnished air conditioned lounge/dining room decorated in pale green. There is a digital satellite TV (limited English channels including BBC), DVD player and music system, which is piped onto the front terrace for your added enjoyment. The well fitted kitchen comes complete with dishwasher and microwave and is situated close to the dining area.
An inner hall, which has guest cloakroom with WC and utility room with washing machines leads to the three attractive air-conditioned bedrooms. These are two twins, which share the family shower room with WC and the master double (large bed with separate mattresses) has full bathroom in marble with corner bath and separate walk-in shower en-suite. A patio door leads out from the bedroom also onto the front terrace.

Off from the rear of the villa there is a further eating terrace set in a walled garden, plus a solar powered outside shower, which is really useful for the pool and beach.
The real focal point of this lovely house is the 9 metre pool, which is situated to the front and surrounded by well furnished terraces that catch the sun all day. There is a brick built barbeque for your added enjoyment and the pool enjoys the benefit of solar system heating.
