Simply one of the nicest villas for rental in Javea. Situated up in the exclusive residential Tosalet area of Javea in a very quiet and peaceful location. The bay, sea and beach of the Arenal , together with a host of shops, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes are no more than a 5 minute drive.
You reach the front entrance up a short gated drive and from there 10 easy steps lead up to the front terrace. The front door opens into a very spacious hall and at once you cannot help but be impressed with the light, opulent feel to this lovely villa.
The most comfortably furnished air conditioned formal lounge has feature fireplace , satellite TV (limited channels) DVD and CD player. This elegant room boasts views towards the pool and large patio doors open out onto a beautifully furnished conservatory, which has formal dining area and comfortable seating for reading and relaxing in peace. There are floor to ceiling blinds to offer shade and a ceiling fan situated over the comfy settees and patio doors open out onto two small balconies.

This is decorated in blue and white with a French feel and is a spacious, air-conditioned double bedded room with a full bathroom en-suite, with corner bath and separate walk-in shower.

Outside the 10 metre kidney shaped pool has shallow end for children and is set amongst well furnished terraces and tropical gardens. Finally a roof top terrace just ideal for private sunbathing boasts lovely views over Tosalet to the sea in the distance.
