The views from its many aspects are nothing short of spectacular as villa Delicia looks down towards the Montgo, Javea old town and the sea in the distance. The pretty little village of Jesus Pobre is only a short 10 minute walk away and here are three bar/restaurants, a bakery and a small supermarket.
The walled pool terrace is reached via steps that lead up from the parking area ensuring total privacy to these glorious sun terraces. You enter the house into a most pleasant covered naya, which overlooks the pool and this is well furnished for dining or relaxing in the shade. Patio doors then lead into a most comfortably furnished beamed ceiling lounge/dining room, which boasts leather suite, feature fireplace, digital satellite TV (limited English channels) and DVD. Leading off from here is the newly fitted kitchen, which comes well equipped with dishwasher and a microwave. To the rear of the kitchen is a very pleasant inner courtyard, which has a handy brick built barbeque and covered utility area with washing machine.
An inner hall leads to the air-conditioned master double bedroom which has ceiling fan and shower room with WC en-suite. The further two pretty air-conditioned twin bedrooms also with ceiling fans, are located on this level and these share the full family bathroom. All bedrooms have large picture windows, which enjoy the glorious view towards the coast.

The split level front terrace is the focal point of this attractive property and much use of natural stone and terracotta tiling has been used to enhance the area. The lovely 8 metre pool takes pride of place in the centre of the terraces and this has roman steps into a shallow end for children. On this level also is a further dining terrace and the whole area is well furnished for sitting, relaxing and soaking up the Javea sunshine in a distinct tropical feel. If you are looking for peace and privacy then this really is a perfect holiday location and comes highly recommended.
