Yet another sister to our ever popular sell out houses of El Madrava, Tatoli, Son Cisterna and Lleida.
Our talented owner has done it yet again, but this time with a three bedroomed, three bathroomed, stone clad house, situated in over an acre of land.
What a magnificent house this is and is surely one of the jewels in our crown.
Reached via a long drive, El Figueral 'The Fig Tree', faces towards the dramatic backdrop of mountains which run to Formentor and is conveniently situated halfway between the old town of Pollenca and the Port.
The grandiose front entrance leads directly into the impressive lounge/dining room with its feature fireplace, Spanish satellite TV (limited English channels), DVD player and comfortable furnishings. A set of double patio doors then lead out onto an enormous covered terrace, which in turn overlooks the pool and barbeque house. Off from here also leads the bright, modern kitchen, which is beautifully fitted and comes complete with dishwasher and microwave. The open plan dining room leads off from the far side of the kitchen and a laundry/utility room houses a washing machine.
On this level also is the first of the villa's three bathrooms, a shower room with WC and vanity unit.
Stairs from the lounge lead to the upstairs air-conditioned accommodation, which consists of two large twin bedded rooms with picture windows overlooking open countryside and the second full bathroom. Doors from the landing lead out onto a large open terrace, which directly overlooks the gardens and pool area. Finally there is the master double bedroom, which has its own private access to the upper terrace and has large bathroom with corner bath en-suite.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned at no extra charge.
Outside no expense has been spared as with all his houses, in providing the finest facilities for outdoor living. A completely separate barbeque house is to be found adjacent to the unusually shaped 10 metre pool, complete with mermaid! A jacuzzi is a wonderful added feature to the pool. Dining outdoors is a real pleasure here, either at the barbeque or under the covered terrace by the pool. There is also a table tennis table for your added enjoyment.
