The villa is situated in a quiet cul de sac within walking distance to all amenities. A well stocked supermarket with bakery and a couple of restaurants are just a few minutes walk away and the heart of the resort with restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. The marina, shops and the beach is just a gentle 15 - 20 minute stroll. The luxury accommodation is newly built. It is fully air-conditioned and has central heating for chilly winter evenings. There are 2 luxury Weber BBQ's and ample outdoor dining furniture on the spacious south facing terraces. There are 2 units each with 4 bedrooms, open plan lounge/dining/kitchen, English TV (Sky freeview), DVD surround sound with ipod docking station, luxury bathrooms etc. The 2 separate kitchen areas both have a washer, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, oven and ample crockery and utensils.
Changeover day 1 May to end October - Saturday changeover only, flexible other times of the year. Accommodation Bedrooms: Bed 1: double (en-suite). Bed 2: twin (en-suite). Bed 3: double (en-suite). Bed 4: twin (use of separate bathroom). Bed 5: double (5 and 6 share a bathroom). Bed 6: twin. Bed 7: double plus single bed. Bed 8: bunk beds (7 and 8 share bathroom). Bathrooms: Bedrooms 1-4 are all on the first floor in one of the units and have 3 en-suite shower rooms plus a separate bathroom with bath and overhead shower. Bedrooms 5-8 are on the ground floor, there are 2 separate suites each with 2 bedrooms and shower room. Kitchen: There are 2 separate kitchen areas each one fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, and a full range on crockery and utensils. We provide all the basic necessities, including dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid etc. Utility Room: 2 washing machines are provided. Living Rooms: Each of the 2 units has it's own lounge area with plasma TV with Sky free view (English channels only), DVD surround sound system, settees, dining table and chairs. Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: Mid stay cleaning and linen change available at additional cost.
Notes on accommodation The pool areas can be gated, if the gate is closed it must be opened with a key to prevent little ones from accessing the pool terrace. Toddler and baby packages are available with all of the items you would need including, cots, high chairs, baby baths, toddler bed guard, stair gate, microwave steriliser, potties, baby listening device, night lights, toys and DVDs etc. Amenities/Facilities provided hob/stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, iron/ironing board, satellite tv, tv, central heating, air conditioning, cot, high chair, barbecue, private pool (for sole use of guests), pool heating
Accessibility One of the units has 3 steps leading up from the pool area to the dining terrace and house, once inside it is all on one level (4 bedrooms) with open plan shower cubicles making it suitable for people with slight mobility problems, but it is not adapted for wheel chairs. Outside There are 2 swimming pools for the exclusive use of the guests. The dining terrace overlooks the pools. Each pool has a toddler splash pool. The terraces are south facing and have ample sunbeds. There is a small section of terrace away from the pool area that is in the shade most of the day that is suitable for small children to play. Coast/Beach The long sandy beach is just a couple of minutes drive or a gentle 15 - 20 minute walk. (There are no hills en-route). Many other beautiful beaches are within a short drive. Golf There are several golf courses nearby including the PGA de Catalunya near Girona airport, plus Peralada approx 20 minutes drive away. Special interest holidays The area has excellent diving facilities many parts of the coastline are protected. Travel Girona airport offers the quickest transfers (45 minutes) and cheap flights with Ryanair from many UK and European airport. Transfers can be arranged from 30 euros pp return. Barcelona main airport is approx 1hr 45 mins drive. Distances The villa is within walking distance to the heart of the resort (car hire is not necessary). A car would be ideal for visiting many places of interest including the Dali Museum in Figueres, Barcelona, historic sites, lovely beaches and coves and the small towns and resorts nearby.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Preparation and end of stay cleaning £250. Bedlinen £9 pp. Bath towel, hand towel and pool/beach towel £9 pp. Baby package £45. Toddler package £45. Air-con/heating costs not included. Winter heating costs/electricity charged as used. Please ask for prices for long term lets of more than 4 weeks. Airport transfers from Girona from £30 per person return.
