This beautiful grand and gracious property is possibly one of the nicest houses in our Menorcan programme. Privately situated overlooking open countryside on the exclusive San Tomeu urbanisation. This is a very fine house in every way and if it is peace and privacy that you are looking for in one of Menorca's most sought after areas, then this house is perfect for you.
Built in Menorquin style, it is designed for both outside and indoor living. The moment you enter the house and into the spacious hall with cloakroom and WC, you cannot help but be impressed by the style of this lovely family home. The hall leads into the most comfortably furnished lounge with feature fireplace, Spanish digital satellite TV (limited English channels inc BBC) and Sony Playstation 2 for your added enjoyment.
