Changeover day
Saturdays arrival after 4pm departure before 10am.

Upstairs family bathroom, shower cubicle, hand basin, wc and bath with shower over, dressing area.
Kitchen: American style fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven/hob, dishwasher, microwave.
Utility Room: Sink, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, iron and drying racks.
Living Rooms: Entrance hall leading to sunken lounge and dining area, breakfast bar with Toscan arch, Tosca fireplace, Sat TV, DVD, radio cassette CD.

Javea and Arenal safe family, sandy beach, with lifeguard in summer about 10 mins drive. Further 5 mins drive to Javea port and marina with pebble beach and fishing harbour. Spectacular walks at the Cap de Nao about 15 mins drive. About 30 mins drive from beaches at Benidorm, water park at Aqualandia and Terra Mitica theme park.

Javea golf club 10 mins drive away.
Travel
Airports of Alicante and Valencia are both about 1hour 15 mins drive, 90km. 1100mls from channel port of Calais via motorways, pleasant 2 days drive. Car hire essential.

Booking notes
Strictly no smoking in villa. Bookings on a weekly basis from Saturdays arrival after 4pm departures by 10am. 30% deposit required on booking with the balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. A damage/breakage deposit required of £200, with balance, refundable within 2 weeks of your departure, subject to satisfactory property inspection.
