Las Flores boasts an 8 metre swimming pool and is probably one of the nicest houses to rent in the Cala.
Situated in a residential area of Cala San Vicente, it is reached by a short flight of steps from the road to its front terrace. The spacious hall has cloakroom with WC and the large air-conditioned lounge/dining room faces the rear of the property, its lawned gardens and pool. Double patio doors open out either side of a feature fireplace and there is a TV with local channels only and DVD player for your added enjoyment. The kitchen leads off from the dining area and comes complete with dishwasher and washing machine.
On the opposite side of the house are to be found the three air-conditioned bedrooms. The master twin bedroom has en suite bathroom and picture windows facing towards the gardens and pool. The second and third bedrooms consist of a further pretty twin and a double and are split by the second family bathroom.
The villa is air-conditioned throughout at no extra charge.
Outside there are spacious terraces and attractive lawned gardens. At the rear of the garden is a barbeque kitchen, which also offers dining in the shade. The 8 metre pool with Roman steps to a shallow end for children takes pride of place amongst spacious terraces in this lovely garden. Although in the centre of Cala San Vicente the owner has screened the garden for maximum privacy. Finally there is an enormous roof terrace, which is reached by steps to the rear of the house, an ideal venue for private sunbathing.
The beaches, shops and restaurants to suit all tastes are all within a 5 minute walk away, so this lovely holiday home is ideal for families who do not wish to necessarily hire a car on holiday.
