Villa Naranjitas is a most impressive house situated on a large double plot in a most exclusive area on the lower slopes of the Montgo and commanding panoramic views of the Javea valley below.
A short gated drive leads to the parking area and the main entrance. A spacious hall opens out into a well furnished dining area, which is separated from the lounge by an attractive stone arch. Two steps lead down to the cosy lounge, which is comfortably furnished and has feature fireplace and digital satellite TV (limited English channels) with DVD and CD player. Stairs then lead from the rear of the lounge to the first floor and the master bedroom suite this is a very spacious air-conditioned twin bedded room with full bathroom en-suite and patio doors lead out onto a narrow terrace affording wonderful views of the valley below.

The gardens and ground of villa Naranjitas are simply delightful, very extensive and afford peace and privacy from every corner. Steps lead down from the naya to the pool terrace and gardens below or there is access from each side of the villa. These gardens contain the large 10 metre pool, with a depth of 1.25m shallow end to 2m in the deep end, and this is set amongst well furnished sun terraces and extensive lawns. Tropical plants and unusual bushes give a feeling of grandeur to the outside area of this exceptional house.
The old town of Javea is no more than a 10 minute drive and en route you will pass numerous restaurants dotted along the roadside, whilst the port and beaches are less than 15 minutes by car. A lovely family home and exceptional value for money.
