You approach the villa up a short private drive to the main entrance, which in turn opens into a spacious hall. From here the most comfortably furnished lounge has beamed ceilings, feature fireplace, Sky digital satellite TV (freeview English channels)DVD and CD player. There is a formal dining area and the well fitted kitchen is typically Menorcan and has dishwasher and microwave. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer and extra fridge/freezer in the utility/laundry for your added convenience. Patio doors open from the lounge to the covered terrace, which is a focal point of the villa and is well furnished for that living and dining outdoors experience.
An inner hall leads to two of the pretty bedrooms, which are located on this ground floor level. There is a double and a twin each having ceiling fan and both have an attractive full bathroom adjacent. Stairs lead from the lounge to the first floor and the master bedroom suite. This is a delightful room and has king-size double bed, seating area, ceiling fan and a full bathroom en-suite. Patio doors open out onto an attractive covered terrace, which again is nicely furnished and boasts glorious views of the pool below and the surrounding countryside.
Outside the lovely 12.5 metre pool sits amongst spacious sun terraces to the front of the villa, this is a real suntrap as it faces south catching the sun all day through. Access to the pool is via a ladder into the shallow end for children. On the other side of the pool there are steps leading down to a lovely lawned garden area with a pergola and seating. Finally there is a portable gas barbeque located on the terrace for those peaceful meals al-fresco whilst watching the fabulous sunsets on those warm balmy evenings.
The beach of Cala En Porter is just a 12 minute drive away, whilst the shops and nightlife of Mahon a most convenient 15 minutes by car.
