To the right of the villa there is a 9m x 5m heated swimming pool with roman steps, cost of heating is free in April, most of May and all of October when there is also a cover put over the pool to keep it warm. The pool also benefits from being fenced off and has security gates. The villa has a poolside shower and a brick built barbecue, with sink unit. Patio furniture, sun beds and parasols are provided for the full 'Alfresco' dining experience. Off road parking is available for at least two cars. The villa offers countryside views across vineyards and is an ideal choice for a relaxing family holiday, close to all amenities of Moraira.
