Lovely, modern 3 bedroom villa at Valle del Sol. It's just a short drive to the main beach in Javea.
It has a large, open plan living area. leading out to a lovely covered terrace and 10x5m pool. The villa has aircon throughout, satellite tv, dvd and is very well equipped. There is a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Two rooms with double beds and another with twin beds. ( ie 2 single beds)
There is a big shower room and seperate w/c on the ground floor and family bathroom, with bath a seperate shower, shared by two bedrooms upstairs. Both of these bedrooms have a balcony, with open views, while the downstairs bedroom leads onto the pool terrace.
The kitchen is fully fitted, with d/w, w/m, dryer and m'wave, leading out to the pool terrace. It's ten minutes drive to a selection of shops/supermarkets, beach and restaurants, with a few restaurants closer by.
