Quietly situated in the exclusive La Font area, just one mile from the old town of Pollenca. Ideally set in woodland with lovely views towards the mountains, this two bedroom cottage style villa offers peace and privacy and a very high standard of accommodation.
The villa is reached through a short gated entrance from a quiet country lane and ample parking is available. A couple of steps lead up to the front door, which in turn opens into a small hall and then into a spacious and comfortably furnished lounge with wicker furniture, feature fireplace, large digital satellite TV (limited English channels) and DVD. Patio doors open out onto a delightful covered patio, which overlooks the gardens and has a formal dining table for four. At the end of the lounge an arch leads into the lovely dining kitchen with the most modern units and this has dishwasher, microwave and dining again for four persons. Picture windows overlook the pool and a door leads out onto the rear covered patio. A washing machine is available in the utility across the courtyard.
An inner hall leads to a pretty twin bedroom with full bathroom adjacent, whilst the master double bedroom has full bathroom en-suite, ceiling fan and both bedrooms are air-conditioned with hot and cold air depending on the season. Each bedroom is decorated in local pretty fabrics that are very pleasing to the eye.
Both bedrooms are air-conditioned at no extra charge.
Outside the pool and gardens offer total peace and privacy and to one side is the splendid covered barbeque kitchen, which boasts full barbeque, sink, worktops and a shady dining area for those meals al-fresco. Spacious lawns and terraces are well furnished for sitting, relaxing and soaking up the sun, whilst the 7 metre pool with shallow end for children takes pride of place in the centre of these excellent outdoor facilities.
The old town of Pollenca is approximately 20 minutes walk away, whilst the beaches of Puerto Pollenca are no more than a 15 minute drive. Possibly one of the prettiest and most comfortable of our two bedroomed houses, and as has a great following of return clients.
