The lower level is a self-contained apartment comprising of 2 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, lounge/dining room with American open plan kitchen, shower room and large storage room. Outside there are 2 terraces, 8m x 4m pool, sun loungers, sun shades, table and chairs, outside hot and cold shower and garden with irrigation system. The property has gas central heating and is double glazed. Parking space for two cars is available at the upper level. The property is within a few minutes of a supermarket, bank, restaurants, cafes, bars, DIY shop and beach. Golfing, scuba diving, surfing, boating, marina, jet-skis etc are all within 10-15 minutes away. The towns of Benidorm, Altea, Denia are all close by.

Golf
Golf - 6 local courses, the nearest being Javea golf club (Javea). Located close to Javea, this is an ideal course for the summer heat as walking around the flat terrain, planted attractively with Mediterranean flora, requires minimal effort. Surrounded by pinewoods it is sheltered from the winter wind by Cape San Antonio and so has a wonderful climate in the winter months. A 9 hole course, it has been designed to challenge with 34 bunkers strategically placed along its length. The 5th hole at 475 metres is the longest to contend with, the 6th hole, a par 4, requires a precise drive to get around the difficult aspect, whilst the 7th at 140 metres is the shortest. The clubhouse has excellent facilities including two bars and a restaurant, there is also a driving range with 20 bays, 2 putting greens, a chipping area and a practice bunker.

Travel
Fly into either Alicante or Valencia between 60 and 70mins travelling by car. The area can be reached by coach, train or taxi, but it is highly recommended that a car is hired for convenience and also to explore this beautiful area.
