Denia is a modern, cosmopolitan coastal town, rich in Spanish history and culture. It is picturesque, being based around a natural harbour with its lovely waterfront area and impressive 16th century castle, Denia is situated at the foot of the mountain Montgo. Denia has 20km of beautiful sandy beaches, including Les Deveses, whilst just to the south there are rocky coves, ideal for snorkeling. The shopping area is located in & around the Marques de Campo. Here you can just sit & relax in the many cafes which occupy this lovely tree lined avenue or take advantage of the multitude of shops, including many gift shops and exquisite boutiques. There are hundreds of wonderful cafes and restaurants that offer the best of both regional and international cuisine. Denia is well known for its fiestas & festivals so we hope that you will be lucky enough to be there during one, whether it's the bull running or one of the many processions through the towns main streets, they're always a lot of fun!!
