A very spacious 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom detached villa with large private pool and beautiful mature gardens, located in a quiet residential area of L'Escala. The villa is situated a short distance away from a huge pine forest where you can go for a picnic, walking and mountain biking. Just a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach of Riells and a short car drive to the beaches at Montgo and Ampurias. All beaches are of soft sand and Blueflag. Great beach bars serving an assortment of food and drinks. Lifeguards and first aid posts on all beaches. L'Escala old town has retained its character and charm and has many interesting shops and excellent restaurants.

Empuries boasts the extensive Greco Roman ruins and the small village of St. Marti is just wonderful with it's plaza of restaurants and pretty church.
