You enter the property into a spacious hall and you cannot help but notice the owners personal touches, particularly his large picture collection. To the left is the light and airy lounge with beamed ceilings and digital satellite TV (limited English channels)and DVD Player. Patio doors lead out onto the front of the villa, whilst on the opposite side an attractive stone arch leads into the glazed dining conservatory with views of the pool, gardens and lovely open aspect to the mountains beyond. There is a further comfy suite as well as a dining table for eight and patio doors open out onto the rear terrace. To the rear of the lawned terraces is a further tropical garden, which is the owner's pride and joy and this adds colour and a tropical feel.
We recommend a car for shopping, although for the more adventurous a 'bike' may be the answer.
