Large detached villa is ideally located close to Cala Egos and Calo des Pou, Cala D'or. The shops, restaurants and beaches are within easy walking distance of the villa.
Accommodation The accommodation in this well equipped and comfortable villa comprises of, on the ground level; a spacious combined lounge and dining room with a separate breakfast kitchen. There is one double bedroom, two further twin bedrooms, a family bathroom and a shower room on this level. On the first floor, communicated by exterior stairs, there is a second double bedroom, one twin bedroom and another family bathroom. Portable Air conditioning units are available to hire (subject to availability). Outdoors Outside, patio doors from the lounge give access to a spacious covered terrace that overlooks the 7m x 4m swimming pool. There is a poolside shower and sun terraces. Patio furniture, parasols and a barbeque are provided for ‘Alfresco' dining. The villa benefits from mature ornamental gardens.

We have just recently returned from your villa des port 13, Cala Egos. Just to say a big "Thank you" for your help in flights, travel to and from airport which was excellent and very efficient. The villa was beautiful, very clean and so much space (its nice to have too much wardrobe space for a change).My son also learnt to swim in the pool which was lovely. We had a fantastic holiday the villa was brilliant, spacious clean well equipped and more than reached our expectations we visited Palma, Lluc monastry and had a day out at the western water park. Cala Dor and Cala Egos are lovely resorts with plenty of good restaurants, we were spoilt for choice.
