Situated close to both centres of Juan les Pins and Antibes, the apartment offers the ideal opportunity to leave the car in the garage or not even have a car as shops, restaurants, beaches, nightlife are all within walking distance. The town of Antibes has numerous places of interest with Museums, the ramparts, markets, an extensive marina and port as well as the typical narrow streets of the medieval town. Juan les Pins is chic and lively with superb boutiques and excellent restaurants. The Cap dAntibes is literally around the next bend and offers interesting rocky coves. There is also a second WC with hand-basin and mirror above. Wardrobe space for occupants of the sofa-bed are in the hallway. Reserved secure garage parking for one car.
