Villa des Reves has the most magnificent view over the bay of Miramar and Figuerrette, uninhibited and truly amazing. No less outstanding is the positioning of the pool so that you can swim and still appreciate the location of the villa. Care has been taken to make this elevated site suitable also for young children with secure fencing separating the pool from the villa and garden areas so that children cannot go to the pool unaccompanied. The fencing also ensures security around the villa without impeding the lovely views. In every aspect the villa is impeccable. All principal rooms have sea view, the kitchen, salon, master bedroom, lower floor bedrooms and studio. Only one, the second double bedroom has a different aspect but there is direct access to a private terrace. On the upper main floor there are two main bedrooms, one more traditional with double bed and the other lighter in dcor and soft furnishings with large double bed. Both bedrooms have access to the upper floor bathroom which is quite unique with sunken bath, mirrored arches, twin marble-topped vanity basins, bidet and under-floor lighting. The kitchen is spacious and modern with breakfast peninsular unit, oak fitments and excellent quality appliances. The salon and dining area are similarly equipped with table and chairs, wall fitments and leather sofa...ideal to relax, dine and appreciate the view. Alternatively you can dine or barbecue on the terrace under an automatically operated sun blind to shade off the Mediterranean sun. A stairway leads to the lower floor where there is a separate delightful studio apartment with all self-contained facilities of double convertible sofa, shower room and WC and kitchenette. Two further bedrooms, one double and one twin share a family bathroom and WC. There is direct access from the lower floor to the garden so that if necessary, both floors can have independent entrances. This is really a villa to dream of staying in on holiday. Position, view and facilities are irreproachable. Le Trayas is part of the bay of Miramar and La Figuerette. There is a train station not too far away, local bus service, general store and some mouth-watering restaurants as well as a sandy beach and some water sports. The Corniche de lEsterel is one of the most beautiful roads and coastlines in the whole of the Cote dAzur and this villa epitomizes what a luxurious holiday should be about.

- One set of linen & towels per person is included for each person booked to stay at a villa, and the beds will be made-up before your arrival
For bookings of two weeks or longer, clients may either wash this original set of linen and towels themselves, or if preferred, they can bring their own linen with them. Alternatively, we can rent additional sets at £18.00/person.
